How to Make Nabe (鍋の作り方)

Nabe (鍋) is a traditional Japanese dish. It is prepared with all kinds of vegetables. Example: carrots, onions etc. It is a nutritious dish. Nabe (鍋) can be eaten at home or some restaurants.


Ingredients

50g of carrot, 50g of onion, 10g of mizuna, 50g of hakusai, 100g of shimeji, 100g of konnyaku, 50g of shitake, 100g of shrimps, and 100g of pork, 100cc of water, 10cc of soy sauce, 10cc of sake, 10cc of mirin, 10cc of dashi, 10cc.

Preparation

  1. Cut vegetables and wash with water.

  2. Boil water.

  3. Add pork, vegetables, seasonings, and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes (cover or drop lid on pan)
