Delicious ramen (ラーメン) prepared with chicken broth and pork can be made in less than 30 minutes!


Ingredients (for 1 person)

100g of ramen, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of chicken broth, 1/2 teaspoon of dashi, garlic and 500ml of water, leek.

Preparation


  1. Wash and Chop leek

  2. Boil the eggs.

  3. Chop the garlic and fry

  4. Add water, noodles, pork, seasonings, and vegetables and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes (cover or drop lid on pan)
